Each promotion is governed by specific terms including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, expiration dates, qualifying games, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms are published with each promotion and form part of these general Terms.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must bet the bonus amount through qualifying games. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 12x wagering requires Rp 12,000,000 in total qualifying bets. Different game types contribute differently toward requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirmation. win805 will not cancel or modify accepted bets except in cases of obvious error (palpable errors in odds display, technical malfunctions affecting bet processing, or administrative mistakes).
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body for each sport. If a match is postponed or abandoned, specific rules apply depending on sport and bet type. For football matches, if a game is abandoned before 90 minutes of play, all bets are typically void unless otherwise stated. For live betting, bets placed after the outcome-determining event has occurred but before odds are adjusted will be void.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction where win805 is licensed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Indonesian law shall apply to matters concerning your use of the Platform within Indonesia.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of win805 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If negotiation fails to produce a mutually satisfactory resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.
Any claim arising from your use of the Platform must be brought within one year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this limitation period are permanently barred.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
